And just like that it’s happening. You’re singing for your suffering while you whistle while you’re worrying. Summer all fear falls spring to spring while waiting for the state to swing or a pardon for the tiger king.Pocket full of change afford me more time to waste. I never can remember not to make that face I am I gonna see the sun today? Does it really matter anyway? Aren’t you tired of the break? Reaching for something sane to take. If you’re still a little alive come and find me. Cause I’m still a little alive so remind me. My plans keep falling through the holes in my shoes. i’m all lost in a super spreader rhetoric. And were dragging out the quickest fix. Is it always always politics?Lock down. Uprise. Repeat. Interrupt my feeding frenzy. If you’re still a little alive come find me. Because I’m still a little alive so remind me. the souls in my shoes they know I’ll be there soon. If you’re still a little alive.

It feels like it’s just you sitting in your room and every day just feels the same your friends quit calling you. Your borrowed car got totaled and your insurance fell through and every one you used to trust now has it out for you so that you feel lonely too. And you try really hard not to give into the dark but you wonder what the point of it is. And you’re dying deep inside and you’re crying every night and you hope to find something more then just attention more than something that goes away. Something to remind you there’s something to hold onto even though it feels far away. Heaven doesn’t fool me though it once controlled me and took away my pureness of heart. But I’ve been looking clearer through a rearview mirror I found myself found myself found myself found myself. And then the sun breaks through your gloomy cloud of doom and the friends you made along the way all double back for you and the horse that you rode in on gets a brand new pair of shoes and everyone who cheered you on is waiting there for you and they’re playing their kazoos.

Floating 01:53
Staying strong, I was lonely I was gone Little spaces in my brain collect my sorrows Pain will rise Putting weight up in my thighs Opening doors to let the serotonin in Floating through The water Floating through The water I will let my guard down Floating through The water Floating through The water I will find a way to drown Don’t really want to teach a gender studies class In every conversation I have it’s arduous You sing la da da da da in front of me Sometimes it’s hard to not know the fate of the world Floating through The water Floating through The water I will let my guard down Floating through The water Floating through The water I will find a way to drown With every day I trade the cards Russian roulette I’m up in arms Fate’s lullaby Singing slowly I sit alone Believing truly

Burn 01:49
This world is overrated So many go without The few turn to their creature comforts The rest are hollowed out I don’t want your empty promise I don’t want your easy fix I wanna burn this city down And rise from the ashes Rise from the ashes The only thing that trickles down is generational trauma Forty hours tick on by while your boss seeks out financial nirvana If they cared about their people Being rich would be illegal There wouldn’t be a question of what’s equal We’re paying for this treatment We subsidize abuse We wait around for change to come But we can never choose I don’t want your empty promise I don’t want your easy fix I wanna burn the city down and rise from the ashes Rise from the ashes Rise from the ashes I don’t want your empty promise I don’t want your easy fix I wanna burn the city down and rise from the ashes Rise from the ashes Rise from the ashes
